Tisai Island, Uganda

The image above is how people on Tisai Island are gathering water. They paddle into the lake and fill up their jerry cans in the same water where human and animal waste flows into. The water quality in this lake is poor causing many waterborne diseases.

On top of water-related issues, the people of Tisai suffer from a lack of modern medicine, a lack of health centers, updated housing structures, proper sanitation and health, education, and so much more!

Most importantly, this place is found to be a least-reached location with a low population of Christ-followers.
